Cancellation Policy:High Season and Peak Season (01 November till 31 March)
- No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival.
- One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival.
- 2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation charge equal to the full stay if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Low Season (01 April till 31 October)
- No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- 2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival.
- A valid credit card with number, name of the card holder and expiry date is required in order to guarantee room reservations.
